Lending Library

    A lending library is available to Chapter members as a resource for implementing a records management or information governance program and preparing for certification exams.

    Guidelines for Use

    • Books may be checked out by Chapter members in good standing, with all current dues paid, and previously checked out books returned in a timely manner.

    • Chapter members may check out two books at a time.

    • The check-out period is 45 days. If a book is not returned after six months it is considered lost.

    • Books may not be passed to another member. They must be returned to the librarian with a request from the interested Chapter member. The requestor will be notified when the book is available.

    • Lost or damaged books will be the replaced at the expense of the Chapter member.
